I don't care if the people of Borneo are poor, that's no excuse for driving orangutans into near extinction. If they need money, why don't they try something that doesn't threaten the rainforest and orangutans. Personally, I think we've industrialized the world too much already. It'll be a sad day in the world should orangutans go extinct. The Girl Scouts will just have to find something else to make their cookies out of because palm oil plantations have caused too much trouble for orangutans and the environment. If this petition is to be approved, then more people are going to have to sign it. Humans drove orangutans to near extinction and we're the only ones that can save them from extinction.
